GOVT SCHEME All govt schemes must be published thru Newspaper , Media , Facebook, Twitter along with concerned name & address & contact no. . If incase of failure contact nos. of complaintant authority and address should be displayed. All grivances should be settled through open & transparent system, any person of public man see list of complaints & resolution . All work should be done in time based manner & it should be through internet & every mohalla should have coordinator for scheme should be appointed ( In a district 50 to 100 nos. as coordinators should be appointed ) CAST REMOVAL It is possible to eradicate castiesm . If any person marry with lower caste girl or boy or different religion girl then he /she should be offered govt jobs or good private sector jobs or lump sump awarded of 5 lacs or 10 lacs should be given . Present political parties who are promoting castes , religios hatered feeling must be banned. HATE SPEECH If any body or organization promoting hate speech or violence must be imprisoned for at least 20 yrs. If any body give hate / abusing speech for President, Prime minister must be given life imprisonment Population Control One child norm should be made effective in future ,if people does not follow future scheme of govt and promotions should be barred to them and heavy penalities should be raised on persons not following family planning. TERRORISM If any body organization sympathies finance to terror or mao activity must be given death sentence within one year with due price of law . This way we shall be able to improve security atmosphere for business & growth.
